This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, AAC Program in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT) services across multiple regions. You will oversee the daily operations, logistics, and technical support for AAC devices while ensuring compliance with program standards and improving service delivery. The position requires a hands-on approach, balancing program development, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and volunteers to ensure devices are properly allocated, maintained, and effectively support individuals’ communication needs. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy, and compassionate, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects while providing exceptional support to users and stakeholders. Accountabilities: · Manage day-to-day logistics for AAC devices, including preparation, shipping, returns, and accessory coordination. · Maintain and update inventory across physical and digital platforms; collaborate with volunteers and vendors to ensure accurate tracking. · Perform device servicing, basic troubleshooting, and provide remote or on-site technical support. · Build and sustain relationships with external AAC providers to facilitate referrals and service coordination. · Assist with intake, assessment, reallocation, and retirement of AAC devices. · Provide education, guidance, and appropriate referrals for stakeholders within the AAC program. · Track program metrics, collect data, and generate reports to support continuous improvement and program evaluation. · Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, assistive technology) or 4–6 years of relevant professional experience. Certification or licensure (ATP, OT, or SLP) preferred. · Experience with AAC and assistive technology devices and durable medical equipment. · Strong organizational, logistical, and project management skills. · Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with technology troubleshooting. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. · Ability to work independently while maintaining compassionate communication with users and stakeholders. · Willingness to travel occasionally, including evenings or weekends as needed. · Preferred familiarity with JAMF, Salesforce, Quick Assist, Apple Business Manager, or similar platforms. · Competitive salary: $50,649 – $79,347 annually, adjusted based on experience and work location. · Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision benefits. · Retirement plan with employer match (401k). · Paid time off and holiday benefits. · Opportunities for professional development and training. · Flexible, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
