Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya Work with Product and Sale team to provide the feasibility of Product implementation in term of processes, tools and people. and also provide gap and solution Planning the required tasks for end-to-end implementation and Work with all stakeholders to identify the risk and mitigation of project Manage and execution the implementation plan. Manage the implementation portfolio and report implementation status for relevant parties. Strong data analysis skills to support teams and leaders with data-driven decision making by understand the market environment and customer insight and provide the feasibility result Ability to design process flow charts, documenting process narratives and steps Building communication plans and developing stakeholder communications Demonstrated ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams Excellent meeting facilitation skills Drive closure of open action items with various cross-functional teams Documenting key notes, action items, decisions, risks and issues Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment To be able to develop close partnerships with various stakeholders and be at ease working across different levels of the organization from subject matter experts. Must have Bachelor’s or Master ‘s degree in any related fields Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in process Improvement, Business Analyst is preferred Insurance knowledge in terms of non-life (general) insurance products and process are required Excellent process improvement i.e. planning, organizational, project and time management skills English business communication is required Nice to have Experience in creating detailed reports Familiar with data analytics and software Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
