Schedule: Full Time Job Type: Onsite Salary Type: Salary Req #: 2203 About the Role Manage and develop key accounts in the foreign trade sector, ensuring profitability, customer loyalty, and growth of the assigned portfolio, by efficiently and strategically coordinating logistics and customs operations. What the Candidate Will Do Manage a portfolio of top 80 clients. Develop growth strategies (upselling and cross-selling). Coordinate operational areas (traffic, finance, transportation, warehouse). Negotiate rates Monitor KPIs: margin, invoicing, dispatch times, customer satisfaction. Resolve operational incidents and escalations. Prepare executive reports for sales management. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field. Specialization in foreign trade or certifications (AEO, IMMEX, etc.) are desirable. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years in the customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or 3PL sector.Experience managing key B2B accounts Practical knowledge of:Customs law and foreign trade regulations, Import and export processes and Incoterms. Tariff classification. Multimodal coordination (sea, air, and land). Basic financial analysis (margin, profitability per account). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
