Description
Develop account strategy and tactics with the alignment with management team and product lines for the designated accounts Responsible for the sales revenue and design win targets at thedesignated accounts Develop/maintain relationship for internal and external stakeholders in multiple functional groups. Provide the company with in-depth understanding of the accounts and competition by collecting and analyzing relevant intelligences Coordinate all activities at the accounts, e.g.: manage salesforecast, order fulfillment, design-in/win activities, quotation request, quality issue, customer meetings, workshops etc. University degree and above with major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering 5+ years of professional experience in sales with global/key account manager background or equivalent experience in semiconductor market. Thorough understanding of processes and structured approach in a multinational work environment Be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment Good technical understanding Good team player Good communication skills Good written, spoken and simultaneous interpretation skills for English language SMPS, Computing DCDC, Telecom and Server application knowledge will be preferred We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
