SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As a Manager - Account Receivable (AR) and Analysis, you will be responsible to manage and maintain all aspects of the Account receivables accounting functions and its staff, by coordinating, initiating and following up on processes and practices. The position also supports management decision‑making by analysing financial and operational data, interpreting results, evaluating performance, and preparing clear and insightful reports on the organisation’s financial status and trends. This position is based at Jeddah & will report to the Financial Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: Guide and support the accounting team in carrying out their tasks and ensure smooth co-ordination between departments for overseeing the entire customer invoicing and collection process. Monitor sales and accounts receivables accounting transactions and govern strict adherence to procedures and guidelines to ensure that accounting books and records are properly maintained, according to Jotun Group policy and local regulations. Ensure high quality and compliance on financial execution by contacting customers in case of discrepancies to be solved, to be perceived as a reliable supplier along with handling monthly, tertiary, and annual controlling and reporting process by completing and analyzing closing of relevant accounts. Manage and lead the account receivable team by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, following up, and monitoring each team member in line with the Penguin Spirit to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole team. Analyzing and interpreting financial data and providing relevant reports as a basis for management monitoring and decision making as well as perform ad-hoc analysis of managers’ requirements through financial analysis to ensure reliable information for decisions. Drive efficiency by implementation of new tools and techniques to improve the routines and perform assigned tasks as required across the finance function (e.g. accounting tasks, credit control etc.) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for: Qualification: Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance. ACCA, CMA or CPA is preferable. 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance function. Language: English – verbal and written, Arabic will be an advantage.
