THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager to oversee client engagements while also rolling up their sleeves to complete higher-level, complex financial and accounting work. This position is not only about managing and reviewing teams, it also requires being directly involved in client relationships and delivering controller/CFO-level work.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as their primary advisor.
• Take an active role in completing financial analysis, reporting, and advisory work at a high level.
• Ensure our team consistently delivers exceptional financial outcomes and client service.
