THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Manager – Accounting and Tax to join our leadership team. In this role, you will work directly with clients, staff, and partners to deliver assurance, accounting, and tax services. You will lead engagements, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in building trusted client relationships.

• Manage, Review, and complete compilations, reviews, corporate and personal tax returns, and advisory engagements.
• Apply knowledge of ASPE and Canadian tax standards to ensure accurate, compliant deliverables.
• Plan and manage engagement workflows, timelines, and budgets.
• Present results and deliver final reports to clients, providing tailored advice.
• Support partners with client billings and relationship management.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption.
