1. REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS RELATING TO ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, INVENTORY, PAYROLL, INTER-COMPANY AND CASH

· Timely, accurate, complete and consistent recording of financial transactions.
· Robust internal controls to safeguard the Company’s assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Ensure zero fraud or error.
· Expertise to scale and institutionalize new financial processes and controls
· Ensure timely payment cycles and monitor working capital metrics.
