We are a rapidly growing CPA firm located in Burnaby with 4 partners. We provide a range of high quality, personalized accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across Canada.
We are looking for new and experienced managers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified CPA with a minimum 4 years of recent public practice experience
  • Skilled in assurance and compilation engagements
  • Skilled in the preparation of financial statements for assurance engagements
  • Experience with tax planning for both personal and corporate clients
  • Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
  • Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff

Experience:

  • Public Practice: 4 years (required
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple engagements and associates
  • Develop and maintain all aspects of client services
  • Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements
  • Manages aspects of production and client billing
  • Actively lead and develop work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
  • Support and participate in firm wide initiatives
  • Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
