THE ROLE BLR | 5 Days | Work From Office This is the engine room of our finance function. You will own day-to-day accounting and the monthly close across all our entities, keep the books accurate and audit-ready, and deliver a clean trial balance that powers reporting and decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES • Own and drive the monthly, quarterly and annual book-closing process across all entities, on a defined calendar. • Manage GL accounting, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals and intercompany reconciliations. • Review the trial balance and perform variance and trend analysis; maintain robust balance-sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. • Partner with AP, AR, payroll and treasury operations to ensure clean, timely data flows into the ledger, and own the controls and approvals over these cycles. • Build and maintain SOPs, standardise charts of accounts across entities, and automate manual steps. • Keep the books audit-ready and provide the schedules that support statutory and tax audits. REQUIREMENTS • Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified. • 4–6 years of experience in core accounting, general ledger and multi-entity month-end close. • Strong command of accounting principles and reconciliation discipline, with a controls mindset. • Hands-on experience with robust ERP systems and advanced Excel. Bonus Points • Multi-entity / multi-currency close experience. • Exposure to a high-growth or pre-IPO environment.
