Job Description Pay Rates Starting between: $110,975.00 - $146970.00/ year Responsibilities include but are not limited to the preparation of the financial statements, preparation and maintenance of annual budgets and operating plans, managing accounting functions including inventory, A/P, and General Ledger Accounting. Prepares and reviews internal financial reports and analyses, managing complex reconciliations of inter-company and inventory accounts. Prepares P&L and balance sheets and drives process improvement. Conducts month-end closing process, addressing, and resolving complex issues, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and performing variance analyses. In addition, this position will partner with the management team on various business issues. The Manager, Accounting will lead the audit process and have direct supervisory responsibilities. This role will supervise team members within the accounting department. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor Qualifications Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting Proficiency in budgeting, spreadsheets, financial modeling Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, high transaction volume environment Extensive knowledge of business combinations and inventory accounting Proven ability to manage people, processes, and systems in a team-based environment Ability and desire to initiate cross-functional process improvements Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent Previous Controller experience is preferred Audit experience is preferred Industry experience is highly preferred This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
