We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee client portfolios, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead our accounting team in delivering high-quality services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years’ accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, corporate taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate services firm is an advantage.

• Manage a team of accountants and accounts executives, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports for clients.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
• Review work prepared by team members for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalated accounting/tax matters.
• Assist in implementing process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
