FINANCE OPERATIONS, FAZER GROUP

Are you ready to build and lead a modern Accounts Receivable function at Fazer? We’re looking for a knowledgeable, inspiring, and development-oriented Manager to join our Finance Operations team and take charge of our newly established AR team. As we transition AR operations back in-house, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape your future team and design new operating models for our AR process.
This is a permanent position based in Vaarala, Vantaa, where we primarily work onsite. You will report to the Senior Manager, Cash Management & Accounts Receivable and play a key role in the Finance Operations organisation.

As Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will lead a team of 3-4 professionals serving Fazer Group companies. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and driving process development. Your team’s scope includes AR tasks such as AR ledger handling, collection, reporting and processing service requests from our stakeholders. In addition to managing the team’s workload, building trust and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment are key parts of your role.
Beyond operational management, you will oversee the operational and technical design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AR processes. You will participate actively in Order to Cash end-to-end process development. As part of this, you will document processes and instructions and act as a positive change agent as we build the future together.
In this role, you have the opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as finance teams, auditors, collection agencies, ICT, and customers—to ensure a seamless Order to Cash experience.
