Description
Summary: Manager – Accounts & Reporting will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all group entities. The role will lead statutory audits, oversee monthly closings and variance analysis, and drive process improvements within SAP to enhance reporting efficiency and control. This position plays a key role in strengthening financial governance, ensuring IFRS compliance, and enabling effective decision-making through transparent financial insights. Key Responsibilities Lead execution and timely completion of statutory audits for group entities (JBL, MBL, USL, SHOA, SEHJ, NRCL). Manage monthly financial reporting, closing activities, and variance analysis (BVR). Prepare and circulate management and ad-hoc financial reports for decision-making. Oversee Accounts Payable operations to ensure compliance and timely vendor payments. Strengthen internal controls, ensure IFRS compliance, and maintain audit readiness. Identify and implement process improvements and automation within SAP. Provide SAP (FI/CO) support and ensure financial data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes. Qualification & Experience Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance. CA/ACCA/ICMA (part-qualified or finalist preferred). 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, or compliance. Strong knowledge of IFRS, SAP (FI/CO modules), and MS Excel; Power BI proficiency is a plus. Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
