The Manager Accreditation and Regulatory I is a registered nurse or health care professional with a comparable clinical degree who has a assignment of a facility and/or function-based role to manage: (1) Accreditation, certification and clinical regulatory compliance and survey activities in conjunction with the corporate Accreditation and Clinical Regulatory team (A&CR). (2) Continuous readiness structures and key relationships with the leaders. (3) Processes that assure local, regional/market and corporate standards that dictate care, patient safety and clinical practices are outlined in policies, procedures,
forms, and other documents. Facility-based assignment examples: acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, ambulatory/provider-based practices, etc. Corporate regulatory assignments examples: Disease Specific Certification, Surgical Services specialty, Imaging Services specialty, Behavioral Health & Emergency Departments specialty, PJC event regulatory review specialty, new facility Integration, and others as assigned.
