Description

The Norfolk Federation of Young Farmers Clubs and Countrysiders (Norfolk FYFC) has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated person to support and manage the day to day running of the Federation as County Organiser. The role will involve working closely with the management committee, third party colleague’s and our membership to help further develop the Federations growth and to support our charitable objectives.
This role requires a great deal of flexibility to work side by side with our Officer team and Clubs.
The role is 25 hours per week with variable hours (including occasional weekend and evening work), mainly based at the YFC Office, Norfolk Showground with occasional attendance at clubs and competition activities. Up to £32,000.00 pro rata depending on experience.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual, to lead our staff team and oversee the administration of the Federations activities. Able to use your own initiative, working flexibly to support the needs of our membership. You will need to be able to communicate with people from all ages across different communication channels. The successful applicant will be required to be checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
