Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly experienced Admin Manager and overall Management of Company’s Administration Department to provide desired support to increase efficiency of the Projects, Operational Sites, Logistics and Transport Management and office administration.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To develop and implement efficient store management system for inventory, tools and materials.
  • To ensure store efficient system in place
  • To supervise and implement proper procurement policies and procedures
  • To ensure all facilities i.e. offices, accommodation, general matters are in place.
  • To ensure professional discipline all over the company
  • To ensure all admin policies and procedures are in place and implemented.
  • To organize all utility Bills and update all ware houses renewals system
  • To implement strong purchasing system and have strong control on that
  • All records should be updated
  • Supervise the admin team, must have multi-tasking skills and managerial level skills
  • Good contacts with the suppliers and clients. Updating, Improvement and New Business.
  • To contribute to company’s current operational success and adding new business.
  • To control cost and maximize benefits.
