Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager, Administrative Assistant Enablement & Operations to partner with Procore’s Product & Technology team. In this role, you will be a key driver of efficiency. You’ll lead a team of executive assistants, support a senior executive, and own the administrative processes that keep our department running smoothly. This role is for a strategic thinker who is passionate about building scalable operations and developing people.
This position is based in our Austin office and reports to the Senior Director of Enablement and Portfolio. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

  • Drive Process Excellence: Identify, develop, and implement streamlined processes for the administrative team to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage department-wide operational tasks and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain Integrity: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, building a reputation as a reliable and trusted partner.
