What’s the role?  The Manager, Insights & Analytics plays a key hands‑on role in generating data‑driven insights that support BT’s strategic and commercial goals. The role contributes to building analytical models, conducting quantitative analysis, and supporting high‑quality research that informs decisions across the business. Working closely with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders, this role helps ensure BT leverages robust data, sound analytics, and strong governance practices to deliver meaningful and trusted insights. What do I need?  * Conduct quantitative analysis using internal and external datasets to uncover insights that support growth, optimise performance, and inform strategy. * Perform forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis, customer behaviour analysis, and propensity modelling to support marketing and product initiatives. * Build, test, and refine analytical and predictive models across domains such as customer behaviour, investment performance, marketing analytics, and operational optimisation. * Contribute to industry or market research pieces by preparing analysis, charts, data extracts, and modelling inputs. * Prepare high‑quality analysis packs, dashboards, and visualisations for senior leaders and stakeholders. * Write SQL queries and use analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, or similar) to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.   Our Promise to You?  We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
