Job Summary This role serves as the team lead driving digital transformation for Sales Distribution, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of digital initiatives—from roadmap planning and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and end-to-end delivery executio Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Roadmap & ROI Planning Define and maintain the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through effective prioritization and delivery. Project Timeline Management Provide input, review, and feedback on project timelines to support the delivery of enhancements and backlog items. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear user stories or business requirement documents. Cross – Functional Colloboration with Project , IT and Development teams to ensure alignment , timely delivery of inititatives, and adherence to goverance processess User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Oversight Plan and manage UAT activities, including test case creation/review, requirement walkthroughs with QA and business teams, and ensuring quality outcomes. Backlog Prioritization Continuously review and prioritize the product backlog, adjusting based on evolving business needs and strategic direction. Digital Adoption & Awareness Lead and manage initiatives that promote digital transformation, increase awareness, and drive adoption. Ad hoc tasks that require to promote digital initiatives. Key Requirements Degree in related discipline preferably Information Technology / Computer Science. Preferably 10 years of working experience in the Insurance Industry. Experiences and business domain knowledge in Agency Distribution will be advantage. Experience in Digital and Mobile and Services will be added advantages. Strong analytical skill, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Understanding of the product management life cycle and a varietiy of methodologies from Waterfall to Agil Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks and process simplification
