We’re seeking a Manager, Agency with Choice to lead and support a team that helps individuals and families access high-quality, person-centered services across our programs. If you’re an experienced professional who values collaboration, compliance, and compassionate leadership, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Do Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery in accordance with UCP policies and ODP regulations. Lead, mentor, and support staff and Managing Employers through consistent communication and training. Oversee incident management, including EIM reporting and resolution. Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop employees. Manage budgets, review service documentation, and ensure accurate utilization tracking. Drive participant-focused initiatives that enhance satisfaction and align with our Servant Leadership culture. Support new referrals, onboarding, and coordination of participant services. What We’re Looking For Associate’s or higher in Human Services, Psychology, Education, or a related field expected. 1–2 years of experience in human services, program management, or IDD supports (2–5 years preferred). Knowledge of ODP regulations (6100, 6400, 2380) is a plus. Familiarity with developmental planning and goal setting Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Why UCP?
