Responsibilities Engage business users to define and refine use cases for AI and data-driven solutions, identify opportunities for Proof of Concept and scale successful initiatives Develop advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI to ensure alignment with corporate requirements and long-term scalability Lead and support a team with guidance throughout project execution Promote the use of new technologies, explore diverse technology stacks and stay updated with industry trends to drive technology adoption and cultural transformation Manage vendors to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget and meet quality standards Requirements Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Data Science / Software Engineering or a related field A minimum of 8 years’ experience in delivering digital solutions and managing projects Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalisation and application development is highly desirable Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are highly preferred Proven project management skill with solid experience in budgeting, scheduling and task coordination across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
