Manage the delivery for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise priorities. Proficiency in essential development tools like Python, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git). Deep expertise in Generative AI frameworks, Agentic AI applications, and advanced Machine Learning algorithms. Ability to apply robust software engineering principles to AI development for scalable, maintainable solutions. Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing, model optimization, and production deployment. Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Statistics, AI, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and mentoring direct reports. Proven ability to foster team growth, manage performance, and promote a collaborative working environment. Proven hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, with a track record of successfully delivering and scaling multiple AI solutions in production environments. 5+ years of hands-on, practical experience with AI/ML and data science tools (e.g., Python-based), including Generative AI or Agentic AI. 4+ years acting as a senior technical guide, actively facilitating solution discussions and making technical decisions for new AI feature implementations. Experience utilizing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise AI platforms. Demonstrated proficiency in Gen AI technologies and modern ML frameworks. Recognition for contributions in AI. A PhD in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, AI). Advanced knowledge of predictive analytical methods (e.g., Simulation, Design of Experiments, Genetic Algorithms, Ensemble Methods, Naïve Bayes, Neural Networks, Regression, Image Processing, NLP). Specific expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong expertise in open-source data science technologies such as Python, R, Spark, SQL.
