As a Manager - Analytics with the Blue Matter Team, you will work collaboratively with the leadership team to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients. Job Title: Manager - Analytics Location: Gurgaon Primary Responsibilities: Lead cross functional client facing teams, develop and execute project plans to support analytics-based consulting projects. Lead project planning and execution to produce high impact deliverables that establish and enhance long term client relationships Contribute to BD and selling activities through identifying and pursuing BD opportunities, contributing to proposal development and RFP responses Guide team members on their individual professional development and provide suitable opportunities as required Support establishment of Blue Matter as an Analytics leader externally Lead development & dissemination of training content to continuously improve technical skills / practice area understanding of the team Identify and lead firm initiatives independently to contribute to firm building activities Required Experience and Skills At least 7 years of work experience in Analytics or as a Consultant/ Sr. Consultant in analytics Experience with leading and managing a team Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/SQL/Alteryx/R/Python Knowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau to represent insights Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work across global cross-office teams.

The Manager - Analytics will lead cross-functional client-facing teams and develop project plans for analytics-based consulting projects. They will also contribute to business development activities and guide team members in their professional development.
