Description
Lead the development of the Middle East vision and yearly objectives, facilitating workshops to cascade goals to the Operational Committee (OCM). Develop and govern business scorecards and review materials, providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on progress tracking. Oversee the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Distributor Experience pillars, acting as the primary point of contact for Global and IMG teams. Drive the Annual Sales Objectives (ASO) strategy, including segmentation analysis, competitor positioning, and channel mix opportunities. Manage ASO agreement governance, including DocuSign approvals, quarterly reconciliation processes, and performance letters to address revenue gaps. Lead the strategy and material development for distributor engagement forums and oversee the execution of sentiment survey action plans (DSS). Govern the agenda and execution of key operational meetings (OCM, Quality SAR, SOTW) and drive action plans for voice survey feedback. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support revenue targets, reporting findings in monthly ASO Strategy meetings. Support corporate strategy assignments, special studies, and APDM business reviews to ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales & Service.
