We provide advice, court representation, and family dispute resolution through 28 offices and phone-based support, helping people navigate the legal system with confidence and fairness.     About the role   The Manager, Application Services plays a critical leadership role within the ICT division, driving the performance, reliability and strategic development of the organisation’s corporate applications and technology platforms. This is an opportunity for an experienced ICT leader to guide a skilled team, shape application service delivery, and ensure our systems effectively support a growing and evolving business.   Key responsibilities include: Providing leadership, direction and coaching to the Application Services team to maintain high capability and strong service delivery. Overseeing the provisioning, implementation, maintenance and performance of corporate applications and cloud-based platforms, ensuring reliability and availability. Identifying risks, issues and improvement opportunities to enhance system performance, escalating concerns where appropriate. Managing vendors against KPIs and agreed service levels, including performance reporting, trend analysis and capacity planning. Leading testing activities for BAU and project initiatives to ensure quality and readiness prior to production release.     About you   You are an experienced ICT leader who thrives in a dynamic environment where autonomy, accountability and strategic thinking are essential. You bring a strong technical background in application and platform management, ideally within large, complex organisations, and you are confident in making informed decisions, providing expert guidance, and ensuring high‑quality service outcomes.
