The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve strategic outcomes and improve service delivery across Transport and Planning portfolios.The position provides leadership, mentoring, and resource management to ensure high-performing teams and successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include managing service providers and vendors, overseeing application and technology lifecycles, leading procurement and contract activities, evaluating technology solutions, ensuring systems remain secure and fit for purpose, and optimising resources, budgets, and workforce plans in line with departmental policies and governance requirements.  What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria)  You’re someone who:  Leads and develops high-performing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, collaboration, and recognition of success. Demonstrates sound commercial, project, and contract management expertise, ensuring resources, suppliers, and investments deliver maximum value and strategic results.   Click here to access the Position Description.   Qualifications and experience  You’ll bring:  A relevant tertiary qualification. (Mandatory) At least five years' experience leading technical support or operational teams.
