Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate and develop the Asia Team’s medium and long-term goals including, creating and identifying growth opportunities, developing innovative business models, and facilitating/driving cross-unit initiatives; Monitor and guide the Asia Team’s pipeline of future opportunities, including driving Account Teams to exceed growth targets, tracking and analyzing data, and reporting to senior leadership; Design, develop and drive growth workshops and strategy development workshops; Examine and track evolution of governmental policies and government-to-government relationships which may impact Westinghouse business in Asia; Monitor and assess intelligence about market developments, regulatory trends, customer requirements, technology trends, and competitor movements. Analyze and interpret the information to make consolidated data sets and presentations to inform management on market dynamics; Evaluate and develop potential partnerships and joint venture opportunities; Manage partnership dashboard Monitor medium to long-term business trends and gather competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership. Extend the above responsibilities to adjacent areas when required by business needs. Education: Bachelor or above Degree in related industry or business management. Years of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. Skills and Competencies: Ability to multitask Effective communication and teaming skills Data management and analysis Self-starter; Willingness to take initiative Ability to influence and drive team efforts Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency English (proficient)
