[What the role is] The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) ensures a secure and reliable supply of safe food for Singapore. The Digital Office (DGO), within the Science and Technology Division (S&T), is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SFA's digital capabilities and systems to enable efficient, effective, and resilient organisational processes. The successful candidate will join the System and Project Management Department under DGO to manage and optimise SFA's Salesforce platform. This role involves ensuring the platform supports SFA's operational needs while maintaining system integrity, security, and performance to enhance food safety operations and regulatory processes. [What you will be working on] System Administration and Configuration Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations and user support Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes Maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings Design and implement data management strategies and data quality controls Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders Platform Optimisation and Enhancement Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions Implement system enhancements and new features to support evolving business needs Manage platform integrations with third-party systems and government services Ensure compliance with government IT policies and security standards Monitor system performance and implement optimisation measures User Support and Training Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users Develop and deliver training programmes for new and existing users Create and maintain system documentation and user guides Collaborate with business units to identify process improvements and automation opportunities [What we are looking for] Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Administrator certification (ADM 201) will be an advantage Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience Experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation Technical Skills Proficiency in Salesforce setup including user management, security controls, and data management Experience with workflow automation, process builder, and approval processes Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation Understanding of data import/export tools and data migration processes Experience with Salesforce integrations and API management preferred Knowledge of government technical services (Singapore Government Tech Stack) preferred http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
