What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team
  • Training team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and scheduling
  • Learning and growing into a full leadership role

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous restaurant or customer service experience (management experience is a plus!)
  • Is hands-on, dependable, and thrives under pressure
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with staff and guests
  • Brings energy, positivity, and a team-first attitude
  • Is open to training and growth within the company
