REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Google Calendar
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and fluent French
- Experience working in a demanding environment
- Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders
- Desirable BA / Master’s degree
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The role is to provide high-quality support to several Senior Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams. We are looking for someone with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a very efficient approach and someone who has the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
On day one together with your buddy, you will go through a series of onboarding training which will help you familiarize yourself with our culture, working style, and role specifics.
