Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure every pool is properly managed administratively and operationally. Coordinate with Pharmacies to ensure Fulfilment rate is as per benchmark.
• Complete management of Riders from their Duty Roster, performance management etc. Ensuring the cost of delivery is well managed and the Customer promise of delivery time is not breached.
• Work will be in the shifts and 6 days a week.
• To ensure right processes in place and ensure cash is collected, books are tallied, any fraud reported.
• Define and prepare SOP and ensure its implementation
• To keep the Customer happiness high with NPS above 75. And complaints less than 0.5%
• Monitoring and evaluating the business with analytical skills and reporting daily weekly on progress on defined KPIs. Added to it some daily KPIs, like Proper Day closing, Daily sales and TAT report.
• People Management is a key where need to ensure the team is motivated and performing optimal. hand holding and training on different software and their adherence.
• Field Visits -To have regular field visits to have control over riders activities .
• Call Management - To make sure the right order is allocated to right rider and if there is any issues handled via call management.

·      Adept at overseeing the transmission of goods for quality checks and playing a key role in the sourcing process. Skilled in hiring and managing casual labor, optimizing workforce efficiency. Demonstrates strong leadership in driving sales and service excellence, focusing on improving operational workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.

·      Deft in overseeing factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations. Good at defining and implementing forward-thinking procurement strategies, leveraging in-depth research and diverse resources

·      Familiar with using Microsoft Office Suite tools, Tally, and SAP (ICA); Conversant in developing and executing cost-saving strategies across procurement and logistics

·      Influential in pioneering the development of standardized practices for materials management and end-to-end supply chain planning. Known for excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all facets of logistics and factory management
