THBS company has unique wellness and relaxation facilities all over the country that provide a variety of sauna experiences. We are well-known for our outdoor saunas and plunge pools which allow our customers to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy in a tranquil setting, overlooking lakes, rivers or mountains.

Role Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our establishment ensuring the highest level service standards.
• Manage and supervising staff, including training and performance evaluation.
• Responsible for developing a successful team dynamic, holding direct reports accountable.
• Support the recruitment process, on boarding and supervising new hires.
• Manage and investigate complaints internally .
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Administer team operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop strategies to optimise client satisfaction and improve the overall guest experience.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as customer care, HR to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement policies, procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Handle feedbacks given and resolving complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Required skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality management.
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a diverse team and ensure smooth operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
