WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Age: Under 35 preferred
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in operations, logistics, or mobile services.
  • Prior experience in automotive (tires/lubes/parts) is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Leadership and team management
  • Strong communication (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy (mobile apps, CRMs, tracking tools)
  • Customer-focused and solutions-oriented
  • License: Valid UAE driving license required
  • Personality: Energetic, hands-on, reliable, and ready to hustle.

    Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Company is launching a new emergency mobile service in Dubai, focused on on-demand tire changes, oil top-ups, and essential auto parts — delivered straight to the customer’s location.
We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic operations leader to build and run the service from day one. This is your chance to take full ownership of launching a brand-new division in the booming automotive services space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch and manage UAE’s mobile tire/lube/parts response team.
  • Oversee daily field operations, from dispatch to service completion.
  • Hire and supervise a small team of drivers and technicians.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.
  • Use mobile apps and GPS tools to track teams and optimize delivery times.
  • Handle customer calls, complaints, and urgent requests.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive visibility and promotions.
  • Ensure service vehicles are equipped, branded, and maintained.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
