Qualifications

• You impress with your strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills and are able to win people over to change and constructively bring together different interests.
• You work analytically and in a structured manner, combining conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation skills and driving topics forward with a strong desire to shape the future.
• You have several years of experience in the conception, management and implementation of transformation initiatives and have successfully guided changes to sustainable implementation.
• You bring sound experience in organizational development as well as in the design of organizational, governance, role and responsibility models and can derive effective measures for practical application from this.
• You have in-depth knowledge of agile and/or AI transformation and understand how to successfully introduce new forms of collaboration in organizations.
• Your profile is rounded off by a successfully completed university degree and several years of professional experience in transformation, organizational or change management, ideally in a larger company or the insurance industry.
