Manager- Banquet Sales We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead and drive banquet sales while ensuring exceptional event experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, maximize revenue opportunities, and coordinate seamlessly with operational teams to deliver successful events. Key Responsibilities * Plan, promote, and execute banquet sales strategies to achieve revenue targets * Handle event inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and confirmations * Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers * Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution * Prepare event orders, contracts, and billing details accurately * Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities * Ensure high guest satisfaction and manage feedback professionally Qualifications & Skills * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in banquet sales or event sales in a hotel environment * Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Good organizational and coordination abilities * Knowledge of banquet operations and hospitality standards * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required Should you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please apply via email to careers@thekingsburyhotel.com, indicating the position applied for in the subject line.  Closing Date:  30th February 2026
