Foothills (Ellenboro, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and adult men's mental health treatment program designed specifically to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technicians Manager to provide leadership and supervision to our direct care staff. For more information about our campus and services, please visit, Red Oak Recovery | Men's Rehab Center | North Carolina [https://www.redoakrecovery.com/] Responsibilities:  * Responsible for the scheduling of the clinical technicians * Ensure clinical technician staffing needs are met, maintain appropriate ratios and remaining within projected budget * Complete, review, and approve bi-weekly timecards for clinical technicians * Participate in the daily morning meeting of program and logistics department  * Assist with the editing of clinical teach growth books and clinical tech handbook as needed to accompany programmatic changes * Encourage clinical technicians to complete growth books and review completed growth books with them  * Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas of base programming * Participate in weekly community meetings for all clients * Ensure that all client orientations are completed * Work with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of programming is made available * Participate in and facilitate staff in-service trainings as indicated * Assist with transports, new client outfitting, and doctor appointments as needed * Serves in the role of primary responder as scheduled Minimum Qualifications:   * Minimum two years’ experience in the field of substance abuse or a related Human Services field * Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work * CADC-I   Preferred Qualifications:  * Master’s degree in a Human Services field * Microsoft Office * CADC Employee Benefits: * Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days * Vision & Dental insurance  * Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options * Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options * Retirement 401k * Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services * Desirable PTO & SICK  * Company paid professional development and training   Red Oak Recovery does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
