BENEFITS MANAGER (EUROPE AND AFRICA)

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership: Drive the development and execution of regional benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with local statutory requirements and Rio Tinto global standards.
• Expertise in benefits: Bring deep knowledge of health insurance, pension, wellness initiatives and other employee benefits. Experience managing UK occupational pension trusts is highly desirable.
• Operational excellence: Oversee compliance, vendor relationships, insurance renewals, benefit design, implementation and budgeting.
• Project management: Lead and support global and regional projects, including benefit reviews and the rollout of new initiatives and recommendations
