As the Manager, Benefits (US & Canada), you’ll be at the heart of shaping programs that support health, wellness, retirement, and leaves for our diverse workforce. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, collaborate across departments, and bring fresh ideas to modernize our systems and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing employee benefits programs, with a focus on both salaried and hourly employees in the U.S. and Canada.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading a team of professionals.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration, including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations in the U.S. and Canada, including compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws.
  • Experience managing benefits vendors and developing cost-effective benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
