Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager-BI working for the General Shift based out of Gurgaon/ Bangalore . Skills and Experience: If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 4-5 years of experience in advanced Excel, Power BI dashboard creation, and Power Automate workflow implementation. Advanced Excel & VBA: Design/maintain Excel models (formulas, PivotTables, validation, named ranges, dynamic tables); develop optimized VBA macros; connect to external databases; implement data-access controls; customize templates for client exceptions. Power BI – Data Model & Dashboards: Structure/fine-tune data models (relationships, DAX, performance); build clear KPI layouts; create interactive reports for diverse audiences. API Integration & Scripting: Script/integrate Wrike with tools (Nimbus, DSPs, Power BI, Excel); utilize Wrike’s REST API for data extraction/transformation (pagination, JSON, CSV, authentication, error handling). Power Automate Workflows: Design automated flows (triggers, actions, loops, conditions, notifications, report routing); seamlessly connect Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and databases. AI Understanding & Agent Development: Stay current with AI data trends (classification, extraction, prediction); build simple English-language agents (chatbots, voice assistants, reporting tools); pilot lightweight AI features.
