The opportunity We are seeking a Manager Billing and Claims to lead the end-to-end design, governance and performance of billing and claims across our Energy & Utilities business. Reporting to the Head of Support Services Hub, this is a senior leadership role responsible for a national function supporting a complex portfolio exceeding $3 billion annually. You will lead a team of 4–6 direct reports (20+ indirect) and partner closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Project teams across Australia. This is a high-impact role where you will shape how billing and claims are delivered across the business ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong commercial outcomes, while designing scalable frameworks to support continued growth.
