Description

The role calls for a self starter prepared to go the extra mile to start and then secure the project. Have experience in public and private tenders proposal. Having own prospects and contacts advantageous. Hence, sales experience of at least 3 years in the commercial building renovations is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Organise Sales & Marketing events
  • Prepare strategic plans to identify and secure corporate clients
  • Actively expand corporate clientele base through new client acquisition
  • Close Monitoring of potential projects via public/private tenders
  • Achieve Sales Target by securing projects
  • Manage & maintain clientele relationship
  • Collate and evaluate client feedback for management analysis/follow-up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has a minimum 3 years of sales working experience in Singapore in the field of commercial offices interior design.
  • Has experience in reviewing and shortlisting Public Tenders placed via GE Biz;
  • Must have own database of prospects/clients to develop sales cycle with
  • Prior experience dealing with local Asset Owners/Managers/MCST/Building Management will be an advantage

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has at least a local diploma.
  • Is a Self-motivated, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Experience (3 years or more) in the Singapore build environment sector preferred.
