Position Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods. This role leads staff, manages inventory, drives process improvements, and ensures strong performance against key operational metrics. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and develop warehouse team members through training, coaching, and performance management Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations Establish and track KPIs; implement action plans to improve performance Conduct time studies and process audits to identify efficiency opportunities Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counts Maintain a safe work environment through regular inspections and training compliance Collaborate with customer and Bluegrass leadership on operational improvements Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of resources Develop and update SOPs and training programs Support invoicing and reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred) 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety regulations Equal Opportunity Employer Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants regardless of protected status.
