Vous superviserez le personnel, les finances, les marchandises, et serez responsable de la croissance des ventes ainsi que de l’excellence du service à la clientèle. Vous veillerez au respect des meilleures pratiques et des normes de qualité afin d’atteindre les résultats clés et de soutenir les stratégies de l’entreprise. Vous occuperez un rôle de leadership intégré comprenant, sans s’y limiter, des responsabilités liées à l’entrepôt et au service à la clientèle. Vous soutiendrez une succursale générant un chiffre d’affaires annuel de 1 à 5 millions de dollars ou moins. Responsabilites: Assurer l’excellence du service à la clientèle dans tous les aspects de la succursale, y compris l’apparence de la salle d’exposition, la présentation des marchandises, le placement des produits et l’aménagement du magasin. Veiller à l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques et des cibles de vente en maximisant les ventes et la marge brute, en analysant les performances commerciales, en contrôlant les dépenses et en gérant les investissements en inventaire. Recruter, former, développer et superviser une petite équipe d’employés non cadres. Fournir du feedback, du coaching et des évaluations de performance au personnel. Identifier les besoins et développer des parcours de carrière. Coordonner les horaires de travail et animer des réunions hebdomadaires d’équipe. S’assurer que la succursale respecte les politiques et procédures de sécurité établies, ainsi que les réglementations locales en matière de santé. Développer un réseau afin d’améliorer la visibilité et la réputation de la succursale et de l’entreprise. Se tenir informé de la concurrence et des technologies émergentes. Identifier les besoins actuels et futurs des clients en établissant des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels. Développer et maintenir des relations avec les comptes majeurs. S’assurer que des visites clients en personne sont planifiées régulièrement avec le/la représentant(e) externe désigné(e) (OSR). Traiter les préoccupations des clients et assurer la meilleure résolution possible. Développer des stratégies pour augmenter le trafic en magasin et optimiser la rentabilité. Analyser et suivre les mouvements d’inventaire et de stock. Planifier et organiser des événements clients, des salons professionnels locaux, des séminaires et des journées fournisseurs au comptoir. Mettre en place des protocoles visant à protéger le magasin, notamment en matière de prévention du vol. Qualifications: Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; baccalauréat en ventes, administration des affaires, ingénierie ou domaine connexe souhaité. 5 à 7 ans d’expérience professionnelle préalable en vente dans un secteur connexe. 1 à 3 ans d’expérience préalable en gestion d’équipe. Connaissance pratique des principes de gestion et d’affaires, incluant la planification stratégique, l’allocation des ressources et la coordination des personnes et des ressources. Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, ainsi qu’en analyse, persuasion et relations interpersonnelles. As the Manager - Branch (Security Sales), you will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of a B2B small-scale retail location in our Communications and Security Solutions division. You will manage staff, finances, merchandise, and drive sales and customer service. You will ensure best practices and quality standards are met to achieve key results and support company strategies. You will have an integrated leadership role including, but not limited to, warehouse and customer service duties. You will support a branch with a $1M - $5M revenue or less. Responsibilities: Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the branch, including showroom appearance, display of merchandise, product placement and store layout. Ensure strategic goals and sales targets are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory investment. Hire, train, develop, and supervise a small team of non-management employees. Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations. Assess needs and build career paths. Coordinate staffing schedules and conduct weekly staff meetings. Ensure the branch complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as local health regulations. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the company. Stay abreast of the competition and emerging technologies. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with existing and potential customers. Develop and maintains relationships with top accounts. Ensure customer (in person) visits are scheduled regularly with the designated OSR. Address customer concerns and ensure best possible outcome. Develop strategies to expand walk in traffic and optimize profitability. Analyze/monitor inventory/ stock movement. Plan & organize customer events, local tradeshow needs, seminars and supplier counter days. Create protocols to protect the store including theft management. Qualifications: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred 5-7 years prior professional sales experience in related industry 1-3 years prior experience with managing a team Working knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources Demonstrated verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Ability to exercise teamwork, leadership, and flexibility Excellent time management and computer skills Working Environment: Outside Sales – Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
