Description
Objective: To lead and drive omnichannel brand activation strategies across the GCC region by translating global commercial strategies into impactful local executions. The role focuses on increasing brand engagement, customer acquisition, store traffic, customer lifetime value, and purchase frequency through integrated campaigns, CRM initiatives, and customer-focused activations. Key Responsibilities: ∙ Lead and manage brand activations across GCC markets including in-store experiences, member events, special initiatives, and personalized communications. ∙ Translate global commercial calendars into localized activation plans and provide feedback and market insights. ∙ Drive CRM initiatives to grow, activate, and engage customer databases. ∙ Manage activation budgets and ensure effective utilization. ∙ Collaborate with Campaigns, Digital Commerce, PR, Influencers, Wholesale, and other stakeholders to deliver omnichannel experiences.∙ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend improvements. ∙ Ensure all brand communications align with brand identity across online and offline channels. ∙ Foster innovation and generate new concepts to enhance customer experience and brand growth.   Desired Experience: ∙ Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or related roles with leadership experience.  ∙ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. ∙ Strong experience in GCC market and beauty industry is preferred. ∙ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. ∙ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). ∙ Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. ∙ Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, CRM, and omnichannel marketing.
