180 Popcorn Australia Pty Ltd is the master franchisee of 180 Popcorn – a premium snack brand founded in Hong Kong, with over 25 stores across Asia. Known for its clean-label ingredients and bold flavours, 180 Popcorn is expanding rapidly in Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for a Manager, Brand and Franchise Marketing to lead all brand and marketing functions for our business. This is the most senior marketing role in the company, responsible for driving national growth of the 180 Popcorn brand, supporting the expansion of its franchise network, and leading the development and introduction of new food and beverage brands to diversify and strengthen the business.

Responsibilities

As Manager, Brand and Franchise Marketing, you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and leading the national marketing strategy to grow the 180 Popcorn brand and extend its franchise network across Australia and New Zealand
  • Planning, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and promotional channels
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning, customer segmentation, and growth strategy
  • Managing brand identity, messaging, packaging, and visual assets to ensure consistency and market alignment
  • Leading marketing support for franchisees, including local area marketing programs, toolkits, and performance optimisation
  • Researching, identifying, and assessing new fast food and beverage business opportunities to diversify franchise offerings, and leading the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for these new brands
  • Building and managing partnerships with external agencies, media, creative suppliers, and key commercial stakeholders
  • Analysing marketing performance data and customer feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and guide decision-making
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director and contributing to broader executive-level planning, brand portfolio strategy, and business expansion initiatives
