We are looking for a Creative Mind to drive and manage our content productions, content and graphics across various formats—social media, brand films, and storytelling projects.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp creative eye, production experience paired with the ability to shoot content, and know-how in creating graphics. The candidate can manage projects end-to-end—from concept development to graphic design —while keeping a pulse on basketball, volleyball, handball, lifestyle, and premium brands.

• Lead the planning and execution of cross-category content productions at our office in Munich, including brand storytelling, video formats, and social content, in consultation with the Creative & Content Lead.
• Develop creative treatments, storyboards, and concepts that bring our brand to life.
• Source, expand, and manage our network of external production partners.
• Oversee on-set production management, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production to post.
• Handle rights management and post-production coordination.
• Take responsibility for timing, budgeting, and quality control across all projects.
• Continuously refine creative processes and team workflows.
• Manage both small-scale photo shoots and large, multi-day video productions.
• Lead and support creative teams on set, ensuring top-tier execution.
• Brief external partners to maintain brand consistency and ensure our content meets the 11teamsports claim.
• Lead and execute photo / video shootings.
• Ability to generate 2D graphics is a plus
