Role Overview: The Marketing and Communications team is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will help drive creative-led brand initiatives for Cashfree Payments. This role will focus on conceptualising, developing, and executing brand campaigns and marketing initiatives that strengthen Cashfree’s positioning in the ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative thinking, storytelling, and driving projects end-to-end by collaborating with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: * Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation * Conceptualise creative ideas for brand campaigns, content properties, and marketing initiatives. * Translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives and creative briefs. Campaign Execution: * Lead end-to-end execution of brand initiatives—from idea to launch. * Work closely with design, content, PR, product marketing, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life. * Ensure brand consistency across marketing communication. Creative Collaboration: * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, production houses, freelancers) to develop high-quality creative outputs. * Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure strong execution. Project Management: * Drive multiple brand initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. * Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively. What We’re Looking For: * 4-6 Years experience working on creative or brand-led marketing initiatives. * Strong conceptual and creative thinking ability. * Ability to execute projects end-to-end by collaborating with multiple stakeholders. * Strong communication and project management skills. * Bonus: Experience working with creative agencies or executing large creative projects Who Should Apply: * Have a strong creative bent of mind * Have experience managing cross-functional projects * Are excited about shaping Cashfree’s brand presence
