JOB PURPOSE The Core Purpose of this Job is to prepare & monitor project works schedules during pre-award stage of projects and during project execution stages and report deviations.ORGANISATION CHART This position reports to Head Planning.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Planning: Track & Monitor Projects Progress; Analyze Delay & course correction Evaluate & authenticate Monthly Physical & Financial progress of all projects Procurement: Monitor Procurement Schedule Cost Effectiveness Innovative Solutions Highlight critical events MIS: Complete MIS for all Projects including Data Validation and Accuracy Present MIS & Progress report in Projects Review meetings Business Development: Pre-awards stage costing of proposals to support Business Dev teams KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details Planning : Plan vs Actual : Time Plan vs Actual : Budget Prcourement : Innovative Solution Savings Delay due to Procurement MIS : Quality of MIS Accuracy of Data Business Development : Quality of Inputs EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work: Vendors and ContractorsINTERNAL INTERACTIONS Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work: Projects Team and Procurement & Contracts Team.FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Absolute quantification is not feasible – however, quantity impact can be gauged from the fact that each new bid / project runs into crores.
