KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience working within a Human Resources function or division; HR Designations considered an asset
  • Considerable experience in project management, with experience in delivering complicated HR projects as well as overseeing or providing advice to others on project delivery
  • Considerable experience working with cross-functional teams and managing partner relationships at all levels
  • Extensive experience in presenting to and working directly with senior management across an organization
  • Collaborative approach in solving problems and addressing project issues
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority
  • Extensive experience in establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels of an organization and internal and external partners.
